1. Who we are

Trafstack ("Trafstack", "we") operates at creo.aisocialfarm.co and the Telegram Mini-App at @creo_testin_bot. Contact: support@creo.aisocialfarm.co.

2. Data we collect

Telegram profile: your Telegram id, username, first name, profile photo URL — supplied by the Telegram Mini-App SDK at login.
Usage data: campaigns you create, creatives you generate, credits you spend.
Payment data: OxaPay track IDs, TON transaction hashes, Telegram Stars charge IDs — for refunds and receipts.
Technical data: IP address and user-agent in server logs for abuse prevention (rotated every 14 days).

3. How we use data

Provide the service you pay for (generate creatives, store your campaigns).
Send transactional notifications via the bot (payment receipts, generation complete).
Detect abuse, fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Who we share data with

AI providers (Anthropic, Fal.ai, Replicate) — prompts you submit for generation. We do not share your identity with them.
Payment processors (Telegram, OxaPay, tonapi.io) — minimum required to verify payments.
We do not sell your data.

5. Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@creo.aisocialfarm.co. Telegram Stars refunds are available for 21 days — see Terms.

6. Data retention

Campaigns and creatives are kept while your account is active. After deletion, records are purged within 30 days (payment records kept longer where required by law).

7. Cookies & local storage

We store a session JWT and your Telegram profile in localStorage so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

8. Changes

We will post updates here and notify active users via the bot. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
